Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey started at the age of 14. Aspen Ladd was trained in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing and wrestling before making her first appearance as an amateur at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd was able to take down three opponents consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the opponents she defeated were defeated within the first five minutes. In WCFC Ladd was able to defeat Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen initially defeated Silvia Babyghian, before heading to take on Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 and fought Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen to beat her a unanimous vote, leaving an ominous mark on her record for amateur. Ladd took her fight against Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 mark. Aspen was first introduced to the sport in the year 2015 when she signed to Invicta FC for her professional debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and dominated her in the first round to win a TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She won the next match with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to take down McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing weight of catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd had missed weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She finished her via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC in the 118th UFC Fight Night 118, against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round at the end of the second. In her next fight, she overcame Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd beat Evinger within the first minute and received a bonus for her performance during the night. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos-Lee match with Eubanks' Sijara was the first match she's ever had in any significant capacity. Ladd won the night's fight bonus, after both fighters had hard in a tense combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. After a short break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. It was a loss by unanimous decision.
