Antonella Barba
The artist was born on November 26 1987 at Santa Monica California in the United States of America. She is the sole daughter of Vincenzo Barba. The family moved into Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was 6 years old. For her schooling, she finished her education at Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. She then attended Catholic University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in architectural design. Since the age of four, she has been a violinist"Violingirl" was her nickname. Her performances led to being nicknamed Violin Girl. She also taught the violin to children in the area. At the age of 19 she entered the sixth American Idol season and performed one single Free, 1976. The singer was eliminated after she was ranked 16th on American Idol. She performed a number of songs including 'The Christmas song,' 2009 and 'Out for Blood' in 2010, to name a few. The singer has also been featured on the shows of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba became famous as an American when she competed on American Idol's 6th season. Her career began in film after her elimination from American Idol in six seasons. So, she has appeared as a minor character in several movies and has appeared as a participant on Fear Factor in the 2012 season. According to Daily Mail reports on November 21 2019 she was sentenced to almost 4 years in jail for collaborating to distribute Fentanyl. The singer was discovered to be in possession of more than 400 grams of Fentanyl with a plan to distribute. The singer was however detained in Virginia during October of 2018, after she attempted to transfer two pounds of fentanyl to an underground storage facility.
