Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American Actress who performed a variety of characters on television, in movies and in the theatre. Her awards include an Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actor. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September 6 1953) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Lieutenant Sheba in her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career in the early years. Her first appearance came aged four, when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. This film of a short length about topic was selected for an Oscar award. The mother and daughter sat down for a lot of time together in the set, and learning about the industry. Lockhart is even featured on numerous Lassie episodes. The role was later played by Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter says that the actress rejected his proposal to play Laurie Strode. Anne does not recall ever getting offered the role by John Carpenter or being offered the position. There is a chance that one of Anne's agents declined it on her account without telling her. Glen Larson chose her initially and sent her a preliminarily written script. The role she would take was on the show Battlestar Galactica, which aired in 1978. At first, she turned down the role because she thought it was too fragile. Glen invented a new character to play for her with Sheba as a stronger character. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25 page script. The show ran for just one season. She co-starred in Joyride alongside Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
